Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the CozyPilot online shop for delivery within the United Kingdom.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with CozyPilot. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages are in GBP (£) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping within the United Kingdom is completely free of charge for our customers (Free Shipping). Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

4. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment service providers specified during the checkout process.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer within the United Kingdom. Since we work with international logistics partners, delivery times may occasionally vary. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to your order, if any, will be clearly communicated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

7. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately at support@cozypilot.shop.

8. Liability
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims due to damages that have been caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@cozypilot.shop so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may also refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, or seek guidance from Citizens Advice (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk).
